Returns & Exchanges Policy
Thank you for ordering from Muscles & Donuts! We want you to love everything!
We only accept returns for store credit or exchanges.
All returns/exchanges must be done within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
Customers will be responsible for any shipment fees for returns & exchanges.
We highly recommend shipping back to us via USPS First Class Mail which is the most affordable form of shipping.
If the item is faulty or the wrong item was received, MD will pay to send you a replacement (see below).
Please make sure your return or exchange has been approved before returning your items, or it may be sent back to you.
Limited Edition items, gift cards, hats, buttons, bags, or any other accessories cannot be refunded.
Returned items must be sent back with all branded packaging intact. Damaged or missing packaging will incur a fee of $1 USD.
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Clearance items cannot be returned. All sales are final on clearance items.
Exchanging for “Out-of-Stock” Items
If we receive an exchange for an item not currently in stock, and the restock date is more than one week out, store credit may be issued in place of the replacement item.
Free items received by meeting certain order requirements must be sent back on merchandise returns or cancellations if the original order fails to qualify for the item. Failure to do so will result in the free item’s value being deducted from the refund total.
All BOGO deals are voided if items from the order are returned.
Free shipping promotions are voided if items are returned and the order fails to meet the free shipping requirements.
Faulty, Defective, or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event you have received a faulty or defective item, please contact us immediately with the following information within 30 days or receiving products:
- Your order number
- Which item is damaged
- A description
- Photographic evidence
Unless proof of damage has been verified by a member of the support team, we cannot action a refund, credit or exchange.
Please do not return any damaged goods unless advised by a member of our support team.
Missing or Wrongly Received Items

We are temporarily only doing paid returns and exchanges.

Products are stocked up on a regular basis.
If a product you want is out of stock, please feel free to shoot us a message with the product you are looking for in the subject line. We will send you a notifications when they are back in stock!
Our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority.
We offer a full refund when the product has not been opened and is unused and a partial refund when the packaging can not be accounted for.
Please note that customers will be responsible for shipping costs.
Any returns must be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
Products under warranty should be handled with care.
If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Standard delivery usually takes around 7 business days. Please note that with the state of the global pandemic, orders may arrive later than usual.
